Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
This policy explains what information Easy Hotel Booking (https://easyhotelmanager.in/) and the Easy Hotel Manager software collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The service is run by [business name], [address].
1. Information we collect
- From hotels that register: hotel name, address, owner's name, mobile number, email, GST number if given, and the logins of the hotel's staff.
- Entered by a hotel while it works: its rooms and rates, and the details of its guests and bookings (name, mobile, email, address, identity document details, stay dates, bills and payments).
- From a guest who books on this website: name, mobile number, email if given, the stay dates and any note written for the hotel.
- From a hotel owner who asks for a demo: hotel name, name, mobile number and city.
- Automatically: the internet address and browser of a visitor, login times, and a record of important actions in a hotel's account (who did what and when), kept for safety.
2. Why we use it
- To run the hotel's account: bookings, check-in, bills, reports and messages the hotel sends to its guests.
- To pass a guest's booking to the hotel the guest chose.
- To take and record payments, to give support, and to keep the service safe.
- We do not sell personal information and we do not show advertisements from others.
3. Guest information belongs to the hotel
- Information about a hotel's guests is kept for that hotel. The hotel decides how it is used, and we process it only on the hotel's behalf. A guest who wants his details corrected or removed should ask the hotel; we help the hotel to do it.
- One hotel can never see another hotel's guests or data.
4. Who else receives information
- The hotel a guest books with receives that guest's booking details.
- Razorpay, the payment gateway, receives what is needed to take a payment (amount, name, mobile, email). Card numbers, UPI PINs and bank passwords are entered on Razorpay's own secure page and never reach us. Razorpay handles them under its own privacy policy.
- The company that hosts our servers stores the data for us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
5. Cookies
- We use only the cookies needed to keep a person logged in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.
6. How long we keep it
- A hotel's data is kept while its account exists. When a hotel closes its account and asks for deletion, we delete its data, except what the law requires us to keep (for example payment records).
- A demo request is kept until it is no longer needed for contacting the hotel, and is removed on request.
7. Safety
- Passwords are stored only in hashed form, each hotel's data is separated from the others, payment gateway keys are stored encrypted, and access is recorded. No system can be promised to be perfectly safe; if a problem affecting your information happens we tell the hotels concerned.
8. Your choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to [email]. If you are a hotel's guest, the hotel you stayed with is the first place to ask.
- A hotel owner who does not want marketing messages from us can reply STOP, and we stop.
9. Changes
- When this policy changes, the new text is put on this page with its date.
10. Questions and complaints
Write to [business name], [address]. Email: [email]. Phone: [phone]. We answer within a few working days.
