Easy Hotel Booking

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This page explains cancellation and refunds for payments made on Easy Hotel Booking (https://easyhotelmanager.in/), run by [business name]. There are two kinds of payment here, and each has its own rule.

1. Subscription to the hotel software (paid to [business name])

  • Free trial: every hotel starts with a free trial and pays nothing for it. Try the software fully before you pay.
  • Cancelling: you can stop using the software at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is simply not renewed. We do not take any automatic payment; a renewal happens only when you pay again.
  • Refund: If you are not satisfied, write to us within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we refund that payment in full.
  • A payment taken twice by mistake, or taken when the plan was not activated, is always refunded in full.
  • How to ask: write to [email] or call [phone] with your hotel name and the payment number.
  • How a refund is made: to the same card, UPI or bank account the payment came from, through Razorpay. After we approve a refund it usually reaches you in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

2. Room bookings (paid to the hotel)

  • When a guest pays an advance or a bill online for a booking, the money goes directly to that hotel's own payment account, not to [business name].
  • Cancelling a booking and any refund follow that hotel's own cancellation policy, which is shown on the hotel's page before booking and on the hotel's policy page.
  • To cancel a booking or ask about a refund, contact the hotel using the phone number on your booking page. The hotel makes the refund to the same payment method; it usually reaches you in 5 to 7 working days after the hotel starts it.
  • If you cannot reach a hotel, write to [email] with your booking number and we pass your message to the hotel.

3. Failed payments

  • If money left your account but the payment shows as failed or does not appear on your bill or plan, do not pay again. Such amounts are normally returned by the bank on their own within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not returned, write to us (for a subscription) or the hotel (for a booking) with the date and amount.
